Manderston stands in 60 acres of formal gardens with magnificent stables, stunning marble dairy and manicured terraces. It is a home of glittering style designed by Scottish architect, John Kinross.

Weddings and Private Parties

Manderston can accommodate up to 120 guests seated for an event with access to the opulent marble hall, drawing room, morning room (which opens onto the terrace) and stunning ballroom. Many of our guests take advantage of the magnificent silver staircase in the marble hall for a truly unique photo opportunity.

Filming and Photo Shoots

The house and grounds are available for exclusive use for all filming and photo shoot requirements. There are a variety of interesting and unique film locations including the marble dairy, the original kitchen and servant’s quarters in the basement, the stables, the beautiful gardens and the boathouse by the lake. Recently, television shows The Buccaneers, Belgravia and Outlander were shot at Manderston, as well as the film, The Princess Switch 2.
